As a friend and track rival, I had no problems in convincing Lee to pose for me. The picture was shot specifically for a "Month in Jersey" centre spread.

I wanted to show a view not normally seen of athletics, and so lay on my back and shot straight up using a wide angle lens in order to emphasise the running spikes.
